In 2016, Charles S. Pharr Jr. became the new owner of FSAG. Over the past 20 years, Charles has gone from being a thrift store owner to opening Aardvark Antiques & Estate Liquidations in 1998, which was voted North GA’s #1 antique store in 2016 and voted Hall County’s Best Antique Store for 2017.

Dedicated to excellence and honesty, Charles is one of only 107 Certified Appraisers with the International Society of Appraisers in North America with the highest designation of Certified Appraiser of Personal Property ISA CAPP.  Charles and colleagues have built their businesses on impeccable integrity in selling, describing, and valuation of all types of property. They carry that same honesty and desire to improve the business and their lives.
